CBD Massage

This massage is my signature massage coupled with High Quality CBD massage balm. CBD does not have any psychotropic properties Aka you DON'T GET "HIGH", but is deeply therapeutic. When applied topically in massage CBD oil or balm is absorbed into the skin and targets cannabinoid receptors found in the skins mast cells and nerve fibers . This gives a calming , anti-inflammatory effect with localized benefits all over the skin and MUSCLES. 2 massage therapists = 4 hands! This massage is unlike anything you have experienced it is freeing for the mind and body creating a deeper state of relaxation than is possible with one therapist. Unlike traditional massage, the brain is not able to track the movements of the two therapists resulting in the deepest possible immersion of the parasympathetic nervous system state. 4 hands doubles all the benefits of massage resulting in musculoskeletal release like no other, as the muscle groups are worked twice. So a 60 min massage will feel like a 2hr and a 90 min will feel like 3 hrs!

ASMR Massage Experience

Immerse yourself in this healing sensory sensation on the upper half of your body. A light somatic back, neck, scalp & facial massage is used in conjunction with aromatherapy hot towels and various other instruments to create a sound and touch that will trigger the ASMR response. This experience is amazing for the nervous system, blood circulation, inflammation, better sleep and mood, pain relief, headaches, TMJ, hair growth, and all around helps you have a deeper connection to mind, body, and soul. I use warm Grape seed or sweet Almond oil and a beautiful blend of essential oils that I slowly pour onto your third eye and rub into your scalp and hair for more focused in depth tension relief targeted to the head, neck, and shoulders. Indian culture believes that stress can be relieved throughout the body by focusing on the head. Plus it feels amazing and is fantastic for your hair! 15 MIN CAN BE ADDED ON TO ANY SESSION OR USED AS A 30 MIN STAND ALONE SERVICE .
